I have been frantically looking for a wedding garter as myself and my future wife are due to fly to Aruba in a few hours time to tie the knot I went into your store and was greeted by Paige who directed me to the very last garter they had I was met at the till area by two more members of staff called Takaiya and Libby who served me with a very polite and professional way offering me accessories and even gift wrapped my purchase. Fantastic customer service with a very personal feel to it great job girls your a credit to your company.

Girlfriend went in for a fitting and potentially matching set of 3 bras and underwear. Staffs attitude was unacceptable, spoke to her like she was burden. Didn’t offer help or any solutions. Sale missed due to staff
