I worked with Charlotte of Bridgfords while searching for an apartment in the Swinton area. Booked a viewing with them for a house fresh on the market. Earliest they could do was a week after. No email confirmation. Call multiple times to no answer - taking time out of my work to do so. Call on the day to double check. "Oh sorry, we was going to call you to cancel, that's now sold" No communication to let me know there's been an offer, which I would have took time off work to get in to view if needed as the house was perfect for us. And, we had already discussed if we liked it we'd offer over a fair bit over asking price. It's hard enough to find a house these days, it's harder still when estate agents can't even be be bothered to help you get one. Do better.

Jonathan came out for the initial valuation- went through everything clearly & asked questions that other agents didn’t (e.g about electrical re wire). We explained our situation & asked for some time & this was the only company who respected our wishes & allowed us to do what we needed before making our decision. Within a week of the house going on the market we had 10 viewings which resulted in 4 offers above asking price. The team kept us updated, managed the viewings & the house was sold within 3 months. Great communication from the company & they did exactly what they promised.

Amazing service start to finish. Ziggi was class from taking my initial enquiry call to showing me the property, taking my offer, helping me through the whole process to handing me the keys at the end. Service felt really personal throughout and he also put me in touch with James, a fantastic Mortgage Advisor who handled everything for me on that side. Whole process was less than 3 months and honestly couldn’t recommend the guys here more.
