madmax35111 StarThis is an honest review I’m going to leave, within the first month I needed to change the clutch and flywheel they paid £250 towards £1000 bill. Six weeks on drivers side and passenger side handle is broken.
The handles have been previously been bodged up not a fresh break.
The vehicle engine is tired very tired.
I thought I was getting a good vehicle very disappointed customer service is not great I would not recommend to anybody to buy from this dealership.

yes we wanted a car to tow and this car is to tired to do that job with one small horse.
The car broke down and the guy from the AA said it's a clutch problem.
so when I mentioned clutch to some chap who works for you he insisted the 3 months guarantee doesn't cover the clutch. yes you did say bring it down so you can take a look but how was I supposed to do that???
Then I said I'll get a local garage to take a look at it, but all you wanted to do is was supply the parts but not the labour. Then I looked on line to find a clutch specialist (Hindley clutch specialist in wigan) and they quoted me £500 they pick it up and drop it off. then you offered me to pay half towards it which I agreed. I got a phone call from the garage (half way through the job) doing the clutch explaining it needed a flywheel at a extra £500.(I sent you the invoice from the garage)
I explained this to you but you refused to pay anymore toward the bill.
Yes I did say I would leave a review you deserved.
Dealing with you from start to finish was like a episode of Life on Mars...

I bought captiva 10 plate for 5000 and I sold my qashqai 8 plate for 1700, after 5 months I went back to them to ask if I can get my qashqai back because I don't need 7 seater any more. They valued my captiv 3000 (which they sold me for 5000) and the qashqai 2100(which I have sold it for 1700). They are just slaughters . .....Monday 3rd June 2019
