Richard Heaton1 StarRefused to accept sofa I wanted to donate because they said it had a small hole in the bas (which I can't find). Staff on collection vehicle were very unfriendly. This is a charity but they expect donations to be in pristine condition. I will not be in using this charity again and will advise family and friends against doing so.lf I could less than one star I would.Wednesday 17th November 2021
Samantha Davies1 StarJust called the shop to get some information about parking nearby and to see if an item that I had seen yesterday was in stock still. The man I spoke to was not at all helpful and couldn't get off the phone quick enough.
Very unprofessional.
It is a shame considering this is a Charity shop and I was genuinely interested in purchasing the item and his lack of customer service has really put me off.Tuesday 14th September 2021
