A Pomfret5 StarDealt with a very helpful lady to arrange a skip for a clear out at home. Great that we were able to keep it for as long as required as it was a slow process in the end! The skip was delivered within 24hrs.
I contacted the same lady today for collection.We were in no particular hurry but it was collected within hours. This came as pleasant surprise as a previous company we’ve used had to be contacted multiple times before they finally came out over a week later. The staff members we have dealt with at Brocklehurst Skips have shown great customer service and we’ll certainly be using them again.Friday 13th May 2022

James1 StarCalled to report dangerous driving by one of the companies drivers. Rather than just apologise and say they would look into it i was asked if I knew how to drive a skip wagon by the very rude woman who answered. She then proceeded to raise her voice and become increasingly rude until she hung up. Judging by the other reviews for this company this is not unusual.
