I was a bit naive thinking this was a professional set up. A short time after my warranty had expired I started having issues. I should have had the car inspected by a 3rd party but didn’t have the time but hey ho hindsight. I noticed the alloy wheels starting to deteriorate with paint and lacquer coming away and peeing off. I had a professional look at them and he said it was a rough job all round. Then the exhaust tips started with paint coming off in chunks. I rang the garage and was fobbed off by the same guy who sold me the car, stating I had to email the service desk. (A guy sat at the other side of the room he was in) Having sent an email I was then told over the phone there is nothing they can do for me as the black body kit comes as a set. The guy said it must be down to the way I clean the car and I stated a bucket and sponge can’t be that harsh! I take pride in my cars and never take it to be washed by anyone else. I offered to purchase a new kit with them possibly discounting it for me and was told this was not possible. So I’m left with issues I shouldn’t have with a Twenty Thousand Pound car I’ve owned for a little over 3 months. Personally I think if you are looking for a decent car stick with the actual main dealers and avoid this tin pot outfit. Update centre caps dropping to bits now!

Brownroyd Motors is a wonderful place. Billy was amazing in helping me choose a new car. He was helpful and explained everything thoroughly so I was sure about everything. Communication from Billy and the rest of the team has been exceptional. It was clear that nothing was too much trouble for Billy and he was a pleasure to chat with as well as buy the car. Visited Brownroyd Motors for the first time looking for my new car and I'm very happy I chose here.

Found my favorite BMW car through this company. Their company information was brilliant, especially detailing running costs etc. The owner was very pleasant on the day, the owner himself spoke to me directly and provided me with all the information. Adam helped me with many aspects of the car and detailed the condition of the car. Very good car dealer. I am very happy with the car and the service.

I bought a car. All in all I am very happy with the car. Audi was the perfect car and I got to see the car 3-4 times before buying. I am very happy to have the car, runs well. All in all it was a very good experience. I got the car I wanted and never felt stressed. Everything was taken care of properly by the personnel at Brownroyd Motors.

Everything went smoothly in the selling of my car. Good communication throughout, the driver that came to pick up the car was great and polite. Price agreed was price paid. Payment was immediate. Would recommend. Will always now look at there website for new cars cause of great service. 👍
