Allyson Attward1 StarI couldn't possibly leave any other review than that of negative, I only worked for the Provider for a short period, and was moved across the homes. I met some lovely workers, families, and residents. The homes are all very well laid out, they are all colourful (the majority). The only negative would be the Senior Management in the organisation. There is very much a bullying culture from the above that cascades through the organisation. Whilst the care is second to none, there is no professionalism or sympathy from the Senior Management, this is across the board from workers to families of loved ones. There does need to be serious changes in the organisation from the top as only then will there be positive changes which would then bring a positive culture to the organisation.Monday 24th January 2022
