For GCSE results day 2023, and at Buile Hill Academy, Ellesmere Park High School, and Moorside High School, communities are coming together to celebrate students’ achievements.

The results received today are a testament to the hard work and commitment Salford students have shown during their time at secondary school, and they will go on to help them shape their future choices, whether that’s further study, an apprenticeship or training in the workplace.

This year saw a normal exam season after the turbulent years of the pandemic, and challenges remain in schools across the country. In recognition of this, the exams regulator Ofqual asked exam boards to consider the impact the pandemic continues to have on students.

Staff at the schools, all part of Consilium Academies, have gone over and above to support their Year 11 students, preparing them academically as well as emotionally to sit their exams. This includes targeted intervention, workshops during holidays and “last drop” sessions for students, as well as sessions for parents to ensure they understood the importance of working in partnership with students and parents.

I go to this school, absolutly incredibe, i adore it, im glad to be a student there, everyone except thos like 4 people are disgusting though. Id recommend sending your child here, ive made loads of friends here and other PS friends who came with me love it to, 5/5 all the teachers are amazing and i just love it, the teachers help you no matter what it is, quick warning though, free school meals is £1.90 per day at only lunch, but its a great school , recommend sending your child and if you do, i hope to see them here :) P. S: (It was a bad school, Year 10s said before the current Head, Mr Lancaster, it was terrible, they said he changed it forever and are grateful he did so) Thanks for reading this review, Bye!

its a horrible school. Everyone is a bully and will hurt you physically or mentally. You can only survive there if you're white as it has mostly white students. They'll make racist and Islam phobic jokes and even be physical with you such as pushing you down the stairs. The staff do nothing and can't even control the classroom. If you have an accent or are a back person they will ridicule you for that, they don't even spare the teachers. If you get bullied the teachers won't help you and if they do, they only make it worse. Do not send your children here, especially not in mid term. I've been to many different high schools but this is the worse. I was hospitalised after I went to this school and get panic attacks just remembering what happend.

I went to this school for 2 and a half years. It is an awful school, the staff and teachers do nothing to sort out bullying and when you are provoked and take matters into your own hands they turn you into the villan. Worst school I have ever been to. The teachers can barely control a classroom too.

My daughter's entry into this school is like a nightmare, and the students are very bad.Often builled, the school teachers did not solve and follow up.I am very disappointed with this school.Unless you have no choice or requirement,I suggest that you try not to let children enter the school.Because I've experienced something unpleasant.

Such a waste of amazing teachers on kids who don't appreciate them or education or anything. However no opportunities are given to students to help with college applications boosts and little to no sh*ts given about pupils who have missed out on alot or are behind. I have been scarred for life and would never go back pr wish it on anyone. Thank you for listening to my ted talk.
