Lisa Cheng1 StarMy father's denture had broken in half. I took it here as it was local. They fixed my father's denture within the next day and for a.reasonable price.
HOWEVER as I was leaving I asked what do I do if it breaks again, the tall man who worked here went on to say to me don't worry if it breaks within 6 months just bring it back and we'll fix it again for free just make sure I keep the receipt. I distinctively remember this comment as I was thinking to myself that's great! As I do like a good offer!
5months after fixing my father's denture unfortunately it started to crack again. Across the middle again where it had originally cracked. I rung them up expecting them to say just bring it back, however the person I spoke to made me feel like a total chancer and a liar. Said they would never offer something like that but they'll fix it if I pay.
I think I'll take it else where thank you very much.
