I Have been coming here for about 15 years !! What can I say... best salon i have ever been to and could never go anywhere else. Susan always does an amazing job of my hair and I always leave feeling like a new woman. The staff are always friendly and professional and the products are top class and really make a difference. Worth every penny.

My little toddler needed a hair cut so I gave c'est La Vie a call and from the moment we spoke to them they were so accommodating and told me to come in an hour and bring her in. Due to lockdown she's not use to many hair cuts so I was very nervous on how she'd react. She had a few full blown meltdowns and the staff were so lovely and didn't rush us at all instead they took their time and went above and beyond to entertain her, talk to her and make her feel comfortable. And after all that even though they had booked her in for just the fringe and a light trim the hair dresser was so dedicated to give it a good finish. Overall, so pleased that we have found this salon and we will happily be regulars now Thank you so much. You guys are the best.

Long review.... totally worth the time I've not been to a salon for 6 years. I've been doing home colouring and had my trims by a mobile hairdresser, who is lovely and brill, but I needed more. I'd never been to a hairdresser in Moston so I did some research and checked reviews and booked a consultation here. I was so nervous!! Because hair salons have normally rushed me and pushed me out the door. Susan did my consultation..... I was blown away!! She offered up ideas on cuts, styles and colours and she knew from my expressions and body language whether she was on the mark or not. My hair was so dry and lacking in "energy" that I knew I'd need to sacrifice a lot of it, Susan however made it a positive and where I will be and can go with my hair in the future. I was booked in the very next day.... which turned out to be a horrendous snow day!! When I got there Susan said she would be back in a few minutes she was driving customers home because of the snow!! How amazing is that!!!! As soon as I got in the girls took my coat, got me a coffee AND hot water bottles. I was told to get my shoes off and had a hot water bottle on my back and on my feet...... I mean this is just pure next level customer service with an absolute passion!! I know you're reading this and thinking "what about the result!!" Well the day before they took some strands and tested my hair to find it would not take certain colours because of the porosity, I was fine with this. They coloured and cut and styled my hair. Recommended an amazing product to boost repair too. I felt amazing!! My hair looked amazing!! Susan and the girls are A** amazing.... just so friendly, vibrant, full of life. Felt like it been going for years. Going back in a couple of days for a beauty treatment. Can't wait feel like a whole new me!! The longest review I have ever written but they are so worth it because there will be someone out there that was feeling just like me, deflated and a little lost and C'est La Vie will guide you in the right direction and show you amazing results!! Thank you to the whole team. You made me feel special and thank you for still opening in this weather!! You all deserve the employee of the month trophy cup!! Xx
