Very bad service, deliberately every time you ask the Carers to come on time rather than early as mum is going out they will come even early, only because they know they will be paid as been to the house although not had to work. Care office is in shambles, one care co ordinaries will say something and the other (Demi) all the time will undermine the other coordinators and will say who is She to say. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH, they can not retain there staff, every week someone new will come who we will need to train as the care office are to busy
