I contacted her within few days to the event and she promised to deliver a wonderful cake for me. Her cake is one of the best cake I have tasted in a while, the cake was not toooo sweet and all the flavours came together very very well. I ordered a Red Velvet cake for my niece's 18th birthday. The cake was simply lovely. Everyone that saw it commented on how lovely it was. My niece loved it and when we finally cut the cake, it was very fluffy, moist, velvety and delicious. We couldn't have asked for more. CakesbyBIMS understood what I wanted and went over and above to have it delivered herself and I'm appreciative of this gesture. She came highly recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. She makes incredible cakes! It is really big and worth the price. Not to sweet, very soft and just original. Her sketch matched the cake she made.
