Having read the reviews on Carbon Tuning I decided that this was the company I wanted to tune my 2016 golf GTD. The only problem is that no one answers the phone, replies to emails or telephone messages. All I can say is this is very poor customer service and if this is how potential customers are treated, I am not sure how they can run a business successfully.
