Good choice of cards and balloons. Good prices. I was really impressed at my little girls helium birthday balloons. They stayed up for over a month! If I’d have known they’d have stayed up that long I’d have collected a day or two earlier and saved myself all the rush. Good to know for next time. The staff go above and beyond. They are all friendly and helpful. I have a hidden disability and I don’t have to declare it or go waving a sunflower lanyard around to get the help and support I need. The staff are just helpful and this is one of the only shops I feel comfortable to go in every time! I just wish more shops would have happy, helpful staff all of the time. It really does make a difference to those of us with hidden disabilities and I expect the wider community too. Thank you

The cardfactory is the best place to come for and type of cards a good range of different cards for whatever you wish Birthday cards / anniversary / uncle / auntie / mother or father / gran or grandad / callenders. + Much more that you would like So go to any cardfactory they definitely have a better range than anywere else

Great value cards, lovely staff but the shop must be the worst designed shop possible. Payment till is in the middle of one wall with very narrow isles running down the shop making it difficult to choose cards, queue to pay and move about the shop

Excellent value for money for everything in there. Miles cheaper than a supermarket. Only drawback is there is very little space to move and people are in their own world at the best of times. So if you're claustrophobic, I'd wait til it's empty.
