We have used the Carpet Warehouse for a number of years and they have just fitted our lounge / dining room. Top quality service from viewing samples to the laying of the carpet, the fitter was excellent

Whilst the choice of carpets is extensive and prices keen my problems arose on the fitting day. The fitter brought a large roll of carpet in and took it upstairs to my front bedroom where he put it down/ dropped it with such force the house shook and crystals fell from the light fitting below. The next morning I discovered a waste pipe in my bathroom had seperated causing the water from 2 showers to rain down in my kitchen damaging lights, ceiling, walls etc. Whilst I cannot prove this was as a result of the event it seems a little coincidental. When I called the company the owner was very unpleasant saying I had done the damage lifting the carpets? ( I had done this 3 days earlier and had showers ) The fitter also left all the rubbish including carpet wrappings and empty drinks bottles and did not clean anywhere after himself. ( he did pick up one carpet that we hadn’t had time to do for which I thanked him) I love my new carpets and and they are well fitted but think I would not use this company again I view of how rude they were to me.
