I recently purchased carpets for all downstairs and the stairs. The gent who served us was very nice and polite and patient. The choices of carpet available was vast and the prices were unbeatable. The fitting was prompt, neat and tidy done by a charming gentleman. Will definitely use again, and cannot recommend highly enough, superb service from beginning to end.

Bought a carpet from these in July 2020. Had a terrible experience from start to finish. The price kept changing and staff were rude (Scottish man, can't remember his name). Would not recommend. Added a lot of stress to an already stressful time of moving house. Carpet is already looking tired despite very good upkeep even in light wear areas. (think our carpet was a mid range end of line carpet, not sure the brand but it wasn't the cheapest)

Recently visited the Oldham Road store, very pleasant none pushy sales from the guy who welcomed us in. Carpet and laminate floor were ordered and installed within our time frame that was mixed due to other projects. All fitted professionally, courteously and tidily, highly recommended and can not fault a thing. Thank you.
