Booked an appointment to get a quote at home - got a phone call the night before from a very abrupt man that advised I need to go to store or online and find what I want . He wasn’t there to help me device his visits are final stage not beginning stage . Very strange approach as everyone else iv had come and quote was more than happy . Then continued to advised at least 1700 for a bedroom and 1300 for some stairs . Crazy call to be honest . Wont be using carpet right 😂

Don't deal with this shop....money grabbing company!!! Staff are liars..don't believe what they tell you!!!... promise you everything and say "we'll sort it."by a certain member of staff at Warrington branch junction 9!..but can't deliver the goods ...Avoid please if you don't want to be disapointed.just walk away !!

Went there today to ask about there prices and got a shock.they said that you only get free fitting if you spend £500.00 pounds, they quated me over £400.00 pounds for a small bedroom carpet yet at a deferent chain of carpet stores I was quated half that amount so sadly I will take my business elsewhere, what a rip off

Dealt with a fantastic sales assistant in store called Patrick. I have recently moved house and needed new carpets and he assisted me with choosing the right carpets for the rooms and also endured the fittings were booked on dates that were convenient for me. Couldn't recommend highly enough.... fantastic service from start to finish.

First and worst experience with Warrington Showroom. Ordered the carpet with Peter, everything went smooth, carpet arrived in 10 working days and they offered to arrange fitting for next day but we were out of the country so we arranged it in 2 weeks time. On the day of the fitting I called the showroom to make sure we go ahead with it, Theresa answered confirming the fitting just to let me know an hour later that there is something wrong with the entire carpet and they have to reorder it again taking again the same process, no compensation given, no care given, no manager in the showroom, unprofessional people not knowing how to deal with bumps and hiccups, not giving real explanation about the mess up. Cancelled with them straight away for the poor service and attitude.
