At first glance, the store looks big and it does seem intimidating on finding a place to start, however with Joe by my side, we did not waste any time and got down to the nitty gritty and started solving the problem I came for, a new carpet in my mothers living room.
A great balance between banter and professionalism, Joe was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work, enthusiastic but not too salesmen like trying to get me to buy everything under the sun. He just seemed like someone happy to be there and to help.
I could tell that he was experienced, and offered genuine advice tailored to my needs, which he understood and then delivered.
A great representation of customer service from the bloke, and a credit to Carpetright for having a keen eye for talent, as that is what he has.
By the way, the aftercare was good as well, and my mother loves her new carpet.Thursday 27th July 2023
