Second time that we have used Carpetworld & we have been very happy both times. Jason was very helpful and the prices are very good. Picked the carpet we wanted and one week later it was fitted (beautifully). Going back, we need to have flooring down on entrance hall & hoping to get advice from Jason. Highly recommend. Great prices. Great service. Great fitting.

Really enjoy my shopping experiences at their stores. Plenty of choice, and all good value. Will only buy my flooring from here. Fitters excellent and always courteous with either ourselves or family members. When flooring any of my properties I'll only buy here. I've tried others including multi nationals but the down to earth service here is worth its weight in gold.

We were in the store for 20 minutes and the only customers there, yet no help was offered. After ten minutes I got a flimsy 'hey' greeting which was followed with another 10 minutes of no assistance. The manager (I assume) was having a casual chat with some other bloke who clearly wasn't a customer. They were talking loudly and I overheard them so that is how I know. We showed a genuine interest in the carpets, walked through the entire store clearly investigating which one was best. I thought I was the only one to experience this and was going to let it slide. But having seen other people claim this I had to mention it. Went to the next carpet store and was instantly greeted and offered help. There and then I made a purchase of £3,000.

The quality of service provided by this company was disgraceful, Having paid for my product some considerable time in advance of the fitting schedule I was told the fitters would arrive first thing in the morning. That was more than 10 days after I paid for the product. They failed to arrive until late afternoon and did not have the decency to call to keep us informed. I rang and did receive an apology but at no time did the fitters ring me. I would strongly advise prospective customers to find a more reliable company and one that put service at the heart of its business. As I said, the company is unprofessional to say the least. One star rating is too generous!!

Worst service ever. We were treated like they are doing free work of us, person was suppose to come for measurements at 9 today for which I took my day off from work. Person didn't showed up till 10:30. I called again and was assured that he will be there in 15 mins so I waited again at my front door. after 45 mins I called and was told that person went to your house and waited for 15 mins and no one was there. A simple question is if they went to house and no one was there (which is a blatant lie) why they didn't called? Never ever going there again and please don't waste your time with them folks.
