Cars Emporium are very professional and reliable. I have had very good experience i bought a car for myself and afterwards for my wife. Eventhough there was a little fault in the car they mentioned me and assured me if that comes again we will get it done and they have done the same way they have promised me without any delayed. This company will be my first choice and I will recomend others too.

As a single mother who had saved up for a number of years for a car, I was unfortunate enough to purchase one from this dealer which caused me tremendous amount of stress, inconvenience and financial loss. This dealer does not know anything about cars. When an obvious issue was pointed out to them when viewing the car in question, they diagnosed the issue incorrectly and wrongly assured my relative who was buying on my behalf that it was fine. The payment was then made and as soon as the car was driven away, it broke down because of the aforementioned issue. As a result, it could not be driven any further unless the fault was rectified. It is quite obvious from the above that this dealer does not check the cars thoroughly before selling them on to paying customers. Moreover, when it was put to them as to why their initial explanation transpired to be incorrect, their response was that they ‘did not know’. To their credit, the dealer offered for the fault to be fixed. I was obviously apprehensive and paranoid that there could potentially be other issues with the car which could come to light in the future (which turned out to be the case, see below). Nevertheless, I was willing to discuss options including a full refund. I asked my relative who was acting on my behalf to relay my concerns onto the dealer. After hearing these concerns, they became argumentative and pugnacious and took no responsibility for the issue. They started casting personal aspersions and made derogatory and condescending remarks during this conversation which was clearly unwanted for. Initially they offered a full refund but backtracked soon afterwards and withdrew the offer. When asked why the offer of a full refund was withdrawn, the response was that they made the offer because they got ‘angry’. By not offering a refund, this dealer is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which gives the customer the right of full refund if a fault with the car within a 30-day period is found. I live in the south and my relative had travelled up north to the dealer’s premises in Carrington. This issue caused tremendous amount of inconvenience and financial loss for me and my relative. I had to manage without a car that I had paid for in full for an entire week. It was the week of the spring snow and me and my children had to walk, use public transport and pay for taxis to do grocery shopping and school runs. Furthermore, my relative had to make their own way back down south and go back up again to pick up the car when it was fixed at their own expense. Instead of showing any empathy or remorse for the inconvenience and financial loss we suffered, the dealer’s response was ‘it happens’. After driving the car for a month, the car broke down again and did not start. I had to call the rescue service to fix the issue which again was an additional cost for me. It is evident from this that this dealer has a cavalier attitude towards their customers. Not only are they unprofessional, unscrupulous and unethical in their dealings, they are also aggressive and perfidious and lack any integrity or morals.

I bought a car from these guys and give it them back after 7 days it was not road worthy it had a 12 month m.o.t on it I don’t no how cos exhaust fell apart with rust so took to a garage which he recommended for new one but when up on ramp the underneath was rusted bad and the was far more work to be done on the car but dealer would only pay for exhaust not other repairs which should have been done to pass an m.o.t so I sent car back to dealer as it was not fit to be on road I have now pulled out of deal and found a lot better car from local dealer I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.
