Steve Howarth5 StarJust had a garage door installation upgrade carried out by CBL garage doors. What can I say, throughly satisfied from first point of contact to handover. Chris turned up as arranged and on time and discussed my options, what was refreshing was the no flash salesman pitch, but more direct and knowledgeable advice given which was well received and understood, no grey areas to get tripped up over or to hide any hidden costs. This was followed up by a swift turnaround on the clear quotation. Work commissioned and really pleased with everything, clean, tidy and smartly dressed fitters carried out the works with a minimum of fuss, full demonstration on handover. Then added bonus the old garage door and frame along with all other materials removed from site. Thanks again CBL garage doors, I will definitely recommend you and your team.

Sidd1 StarAbsolute awful customer service, requested call back. Rang me back only to make me feel like the owner (whoever he his!) was doing me a favour by returning my call. The owner needs to realize his niche company is ten to a penny unless you have etiquettes on how to talk to potential paying customers... You might as well shut shop and move on... Absolutely rude AVOID, AVOID, AVOID...! You've replied but clearly have NOT read why this review was given at a 1 star... It was your phone etiquettes that put me off the fact that I asked your opinion yet you were dismissive and assertive in ensuring as a customer I should know what I want otherwise don't bother calling/contacting you. That is passive aggressive behaviour maybe some training required on basic etiquettes.. a Please and Thank You go along way... We are all busy but manners count for something... Just take on board what I've said and improve your attitude simple..!Friday 26th November 2021
