I've used central roofers 3 times. The first was 3 years ago when they came out promptly to fix a leaking roof. Jake arrived, was professional and considerate and explained what the problem was. He gave me options as to what works to undertake, pros and cons for each option and let me make a decision. The repairs have worked brilliantly. We also called them out again when we had issues with guttering, Jake again fixed the problem as it was at the time, for a reasonable price and very promptly again. We have had further issues with the gutters, Jake has again cleared them for us incredibly promptly. We called today at 10:00, he was fortunately in the area this afternoon and it's done now (2:40) as this is an issue which will likely repeat, Jake is going to draw up plans for some more long term fixes. I've never felt pressured into works, everyone I have spoken to has been profession and courteous. I'd really recommend this company.

APALLING customer service! Arranged to come and quote for a job a week and didn't show, plus zero communication or calls returned - I took the day off for this, beyond inconsiderate! AVOID.

Terrible driving. Wish I could give this 0 stars. I was on my bike waiting at the junction of Darley road in Firswood, when a central roofers van comes flying out of Rye bank road opposite, almost taking out the rear wing of a car pulling in to Rye bank off Seymour Grove (who had right of way). He then proceeds to take the corner so wide that he comes into Darley road causing me to scramble backwards on my bike (not easy) so to not get hit!! If id stayed put he would have collided with me... Not a hint of remorse or apology from the drivers face as he drove past and off down Seymour Grove. So please if you have any sense don't use these inconsiderate shambles of workmen, as if that's the quality and care they take on our roads, what do you think they will do to your properties!?
