Staff were not friendly and did not take care with the items we left to be checked. They were knocked on the counter a lot while we were waiting for an estimate cost. Then we didn't hear from the store for a week about if the consoles had passed. When I went back in they gave me the final price - it then took 3 weeks to get my money because the store paid it to the wrong persons account. Ridiculous. Luckily I ended up going through their contact teams on the website instead who managed to sort it although it did take over 5 days for them to look into the 'issue'.
