A great addition to Cheetham Hill Road. Champions offer good burgers, both beef and chicken. Their lemon & herb tenders are really good. Fries are really nice and their shakes are really thick! The Mac n cheese burger was nice but the Mac was overcooked. Feedback was received and taken on board.

I tried this place their is absolutely delicious and tasty. The burger was so tasty it is like street food and chips are delicious as well. The milkshake was so good and mint that it makes you day better. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The price is reasonable. I definitely recommended to try out this place

I’ve been to champions in the past (Old Trafford) and loved it so we had to pop in on the grand opening in Cheetham Hill. The 40% off opening offer meant we could try a few things we haven’t had before. I decided on the Nashville chicken burger which is dipped in a smoked chilli oil (not to everyone’s taste) but good for something different. We also got the bird on fire. This had a buffalo style sauce and tasted really good. Both chicken burgers were a great size (see pics) and were soft and fresh as they’re made to order. The classic cheese burger was great as always. My only one criticism was they were a bit light-handed on the seasoning compared to Old Trafford, but the chef was happy to hear the feedback. The chicken wings are actual full wings and not just drums or flats and chicken strips were chunky. Both cost £4 for 5 pieces! That’s a bargain. Try these guys if you want to be more adventurous with your chicken burgers as opposed to the bog standard spicy or normal burgers you get everywhere. Inside was clean with plenty of seating for the family and the service was great.

Got the bird on fire £4.99 on its own from new branch champions in cheetham hill on Monday 31st jan 2022. The chicken piece was so disappointing it was a thin slice of chicken hardly filled me to the slightest. The taste was average and didnt find it tender probably due to how thin it was. For £4.99 it was no way worth it. So many other takeaways offer much better chicken burger with better value. The plus point the customer service was brilliant and nice clean shop. Service was very quick as well. Just a suggestion for that price and with competitions of chicken burger from many other takeaways you need to increase the fillet size and make it more tender. ................ ***Update*** 2nd feb 2022 I got standard fillet chicken burger and it was nice and good size (although not big as phillys or miami) and not small like my original post/picture above. However today 2nd feb 2022 got the beef and egg burger. It was absolutely delicious, well seasoned and cooked perfect . Great customer service and quick service 10/10.
