I don't have any complaints about food but the staff working there are unable to manage the customers.
I was seated next to the toilets and requested for swapping my table. I patiently waited for around 20 minutes and as soon as the table was cleared, they allowed the next customer to take the place instead of telling them that one of the customers is already waiting for that table. The staff did not understand my concern and behaved rudely. The boy was speaking with fingers being pointed at us and questioning us about what would we have done if we were in his shoes.Not fare.
It was my birthday and wished to eat good south Indian food but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. It was already late night and I went back home starving.
Not recommending Chennai dosa any more!

A D1 StarUnhygienic and irresponsible. Spoilt a lovely dinner.
Notice the glass is half dirty. I showed and explained to the staff that they served me drink in an unwashed glass. The white you see was harden residue of what looked like a yogurt drink.
I explained that beer cannot harden in a few minutes, and how could only one side be effected.
Unfortunately the staff cannot accept the issue. This is a problem as it brings in question that hygiene of other things, such as plates, utensils and cooking environments.
We will contact a health inspector to do a safety inspection. This is not a malicious review to do any damage. It is to help the restaurant protect the health of their customers.
Sort this and you'll have a great business. Risk a visit in the meantime.Saturday 25th June 2022
