DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY SAY HAVING A BATHROOM INSTALLATION SHOULDN'T BE STRESSFUL ON THEIR WEBSITE...AND YET THAT IS ALL WE HAVE HAD FOR 3 MONTHS NOW. Considering the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that reasonable care and skill must be used while working. In my opinion, this company has not used reasonable care and skill when carrying out the work on our bathroom. The company states that their "work is of exceptional quality; the way customers are treated must be of exceptional quality too. All customers are shown respect and courtesy, and customers' homes are looked after'. This is not true. The manager knocked once on my front door and walked in my house and went straight upstairs. He did not introduce himself. This is rude and not true to what they state on their website. He should have knocked on and waited for me to answer the door. He then spoke down to me when I was pointing out the poor work, which they had tried to cover up with silicone. They like to over use silicone. Save yourself from the stress we have had and go else where...even if their prices are good the work they do is far from good.

Would not recommend this company at all...they were landed on us by B&Q as they have almost no fitters left with the closure of HomeFit. A company that their "Senior Project Manager" boasts that he has "been doing this for 15 years" but until this had no reviews should have rung alarm bells before they came to start the project!! Their fitters cant cut straight lines & then blame the building, repeatedly crack £400 acrylic panels, cant seal shower cubicles, leave you with a leaking radiator & sink waste pipe, dont reset your combi boiler when leave (so all you have is cold water - thankfully knew how to do this myself), crack plaster on adjoining walls & again blame the building, damage uPVC window handles & leave cig dimps all over garden. Would only recomend this company to you if you like all of the above & to be spoken down to by arrogant project managers...otherwise please avoid.
