I called the company after the delivery for information and they were courteous and the delivery car driver , Sham was courteous and also explained some of the documentation to me. Callum Pattison1 StarPlease do not buy any car from this dealership I bought a Astra a few months ago and it’s been a thorn in my side since it’s had multiple issues all repairs they have carried out have been bodges and had never been resolved properly for example I had a leak coming into my boot that they forgot to mention when I bought the car that they have failed to fix four times and the last time they have used flex silicone on my boot and siliconed all the trims together now I know that silicone dose not last around the rim of a toilet how is it suppose to last when it’s fighting against the elements and moving? Not only that they have took the bungs out of the boot and “misplaced” them thinking I wouldn’t notice and the rain water would run straight out and wouldn’t collect in the boot when challenged on there shoddy workmanship the sales team and the manager became really arrogant non cooperative and didn’t want to admit any fault the level of customer service was just as shady and shoddy as the bodge repairs and now they are refusing to send it to actual garage as a pose to uncle doing the bodges on site feel sorry for anyone who has already had to deal with this company and also who still will I am scared to think of some of the other mechanical bodges they have may done to the other cars they have for sale I am now left with a car that they have not only decreased the value and now not prepared to fix properly or offer a refund I highly recommend not using this companyTuesday 6th June 2023
