Bought a secondhand car from them in March and found the very next day after the car was delivered, there were issues. We are now in June, and after many many attempts at getting them to sort this out, they haven't. I have tried to call them numerous times and only ever got a response once. I have been Whatsapping them only to be ignored, or when they do reply its with excuses. I was promised upon purchasing the car that the missing petrol cap was on its way and would be delivered the week after the purchase. I'm still waiting for this. The engine light came on immediately, I am still waiting for this to be fixed. The car was supposedly serviced before being delivered, there is no stamp in the book and no evidence the service even happened. Worst of all, I still haven't received the log book to say that I own the car 3 MONTHS LATER. I have had to take matters into my own hands with the DVLA. This company has failed to rectify any of these issues after multiple attempts of contact and I am beyond frustrated. Anytime I air these frustrations with them, I am simply ignored. I have no idea where the other positive reviews have come from, as the experience I have had with this company do not align with any form of positivity or good business practice.
