Recently purchased a Laufen sink and drawer unit which arrived very quickly considering it was coming up to Scotland. Unfortunately due to NO fault of the company it was damaged in transit. I phoned that day and was absolutely delighted with the superb customer service from the company and in particular, John Todd, who very quickly sourced a replacement sink.He then made sure that it was extremely well protected before making its journey to Scotland . The sink arrived a few days later in perfect condition. Absolutely delighted with the superb service… and extremely lovely people I spoke to on the phone. I have already recommended this company to my friends but just want to let everyone know how great they are. Thank you so much indeed

We chose Cheshire Tile & Bathroom for a DIY project to transform the rather bland cloakroom of our new build property. Lindsay provided us with her expertise in the design and made sure that we were happy with every detail prior to order, offering plenty of advise along the way. Whilst their showroom showcases some rather expensive items, Lindsay was able to match our budget and provide the quality and look we were after. Having now completed the installation, I am so pleased with the result. Huge thanks to Lindsay and all at Cheshire Tile & Bathroom – we’ll be back soon for the upstairs bathroom and en-suite. Highly recommended.

Brad and team have got a fantastic array of products and were a great help throughout the design process, despite me being a very pedantic customer! Their installer was amazing too, can't recommend enough, incredibly skilled and checked for details all the way through the process. Get your bathroom from these guys, you can't go wrong - and in my experience will save you money too compared to other luxury bathroom designers / suppliers.

Cheshire Tile & Bathroom are a class act!! They are a complete pleasure to work with. Special shout out to Brad Crosthwaite 👏 who offered a stand out bathroom design within budget, extremely patient with all my tweaks, quality products. Just can’t fault them. If you want something a bit special but minus the headache of having to choose items etc Cheshire Tile & Bathroom is the place to go. Can’t wait to see both these designs in reality. Highly recommend.
