Hanen Brierley1 StarAfter asking how much for two pairs of sunglasses I was told by a member of staff it was £30, so when I went to buy it I was charged an extra £5. I asked someone working there why I had been charged extra and they began raising their voice at me telling me I was wrong. This was very disrespectful as I was only curious as to how I ended up being charged extra.
