could'nt wait to try this place when i heard steve tao was back in town and omg he's still got it, restaurant food at takeaway prices, a few small tables and chairs which steve let us use and andy waited on us (a skirt would nice) absolutely amazing meal prawn toast crispy beef & salt and pepper ribs, beef satay sweet and sour chicken with fried rice AMAZING FOOD keep up the good work guys see you soon

The food is amazing every single time, definitely my favourite Chinese takeaway in Manchester. The owner is really nice and considerate as well which makes order food even better!

Really tasty fresh classic food. I’v always been a huge fan of sweet and sour and the ones made here are specifically to blame. I travel all the way from city centre to get my S&S fix. I’ll be returning as always!

Last minute on a Saturday evening 30 mins before closing time) we decided to try this new Chinese kitchen, it was fabulous. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was the former owner of Tao’s in Prestwich. He was so friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble even at this late stage of the evening . Very , very clean cafe serving popular dishes but coffee too. The food was super fresh and gorgeous and reasonably priced. We will definitely make it a regular place to eat or take away. Definitely worth a try.

I can usually tell after eating something if I’ll be waking up with my mouth feeling like the Sahara due to the copious amounts of salt content. This on the other hard was bang on. The food is absolutely mega, reasonably priced & you know you’re supporting a local business. FYI.. shredded beef… 🤤
