The food would have been perfect if the egg fried rice was cooked as it was crunchy in parts and needed more time. The toppings were very good and so were the spring rolls. I would have gone back with the rice but it was so busy and I was hungry so I ate the toppings. Also I noticed the way the servers were taking orders and I think it could be simplified. It was busy and maybe the boxes could have tick boxes the with the toppings options to make their lives easier rather than remembering who ordered what. I can imagine it getting confusing when it is very busy.

I visited this store today and the food was fabulous. I don’t really eat oriental food but i was shocked how delicious the food was. I tried the teriyaki beef that was spicy but not too spicy and sweet but not too sweet, it was cooked to perfection. The two girls cooking in the back had done an amazing job. I will definitely be returning.

Delightful visit this evening. I visited with my family, so my wife and 6 children. We ordered quite a bit of food, trying all the different toppings in the boxes. Some very tasty options but my favourite is the BBQ chicken with vegetable noodles and curry sauce. I was shocked to see the centre was quiet but the weather was shocking. That meant I didn't have to queue for very long to get my food.

Went to the Trafford centre last week with my family and went to find somewhere to eat in the orient, everywhere was busy but I could see people already eating it, being served quickly and it looked great! They were a little busy but took the time to explain what all of the dishes were, I didn’t even know they did a kids box until today which gave the kids a little meal with spring rolls, they loved it. - we will definitely be back, the staff are fantastic and the suggested caramel chicken was a great choice for me.

Visited your counter during my break at work today and left feeling really disappointed. Asked for a Green Machine Meal deal as shown on the menu above. Colleague had no idea what that was, pumpkin katsu option had run out (not at all her fault, I get that) but when I tried to explain that I don’t eat meat, there was no direction given to any veggies options. As my choices were very limited and I had been given a large box, I needed to pick a third topping. I asked if the third topping could be put into my partners box as it was a meat option and I am veggie but obviously wanted to get what I paid for. Didn’t at all listen to any of my requests. When I tried to raise a complaint at the till point they’re was no acknowledgement or apology. Manners don’t cost anything, do better.
