I had no problem with it. And the sales team was wonderful. Very friendly and kind, with answers to all our questions, while also offering friendly advice about, both the car and beautiful places that we can try-out the newly bought car. Richard Bloor5 StarI bought a Jaguar XF 2016 from Danny at chrome motors. I had problems with an engine management light but throughout the whole process of repair communications were open and honest. Danny had the car booked into a Jaguar specialist so I knew it was going to be looked at properly. In the end an agreement was made and I returned the car stress free.

Gordon Mccann1 StarHi folks would not recommend this garage to anyone bought car from them last week had a few advisories on mot so paid for two of them to get fixed before it came up to me tracking rods.so when it arrived 300 miles after back tyres were both feather useless thr garage never adjusted tracking rods just stuck them on so had to get new tyres and tracking was miles out called them but not interested haven’t even had a call back no customer service atol.trading standards have been informed.Saturday 25th June 2022
Sarah Burgin4 StarI'd like to apologise for the last review, I left it with high emotions there was a couple of problems with the car to which the warranty covered some but we had to pull out money we didn't have to cover the rest, Danny got in contact and he has paid some money back to us which I truly am grateful for it means alot.
Apart from the problems that are now sorted the car is really nice. I guess when you are paying that much for something you expect it to be perfect and when it's not and your name is Sarah you take it out on a review without thinking :( so again I am sorry next time I'll be sure to just speak to Danny because he does try to help where he can.Tuesday 26th April 2022
