Hour late for an appointment she made, was very pushy when just enquiring... told me to buy 3 bag of hair only used 1 and half never offered me a refund for the hair she didn't use, told me 2 people would be doing my hair and would be finished by 2pm, only 1 person did my hair and I left at 5pm, cut my natural hair at the top of a braid reason being what?? Never asked for any bit of my natural hair to be cut! Quite a big bit of it too so when they come out I'm going to be missing my natural hair, during the appointment she stopped to do 2 different peoples eyebrows, yeah I said I was ok but when all eyes on you it's hard to say no.. 3 days after having it done 2 braids came out, fell out! messaged Lydia to see when she can fix it to have no reply! Over 24 hrs ago, was over all ok with hair until I got home one 1 already coming loose and missing a piece of my natural hair on a top braid... its a shame....when went in today Lydia wasn't there, the other lady wasn't listening to my issue's was more interested in me waiting another hour to speak to Lydia or go to her next time! No help was so ever...not the best experience for it being first time using this salon highly doubt I would return for hair.

I got my hair braided off these 2 lovely ladies they take great pride in there work these 2 ladies made me laugh 1 of them showed the men up when they couldn't move something little miss muscle showed them how it was done way to go girl haha highly recommend these 2 but please dont book full head braids on a friday after 2 o'clock coz friday they like to get home after a hard week I love my hair thank u o the fella likes it to 😁 keep up the hard work ur doing great will come back again
