Arrived before the booked time, and came to the door to check that I was aware that my taxi had arrived. He did not travel via motorway due to heavy traffic , but took me through towns so that I arrived at my destination early. Excellent driver and ride.

Helpful call taker, booking information provided by text message, arrived on time and driver pleasant. I didn’t have cash and asked to make a card payment but the driver kept saying cash and how we should have said we didn’t have cash. After I said I would ring club cars to arrange payment he produced a card machine and said how cash is preferred due to signal issues with card machine. There were no signal issues whatsoever.

Always on time if not early when booked in advance. Came so quickly on this last minute booking, very pleasant driver with nice high end, clean car.

Both drivers were friendly and punctual. Good drivers. On return journey asked which way he should go. Then informed me that the way I chose, there'd been an accident so suggested an alternative route on which we agreed. Great.

Credit to the staff in the office for quickly resolving an issue after I booked a taxi to the airport. The driver added nearly £10.00 to the fare stating it is a fee the airport charges. Fortunately, before booking I had already been told how the fee is applied, so I knew the driver was pulling a fast one, which is regrettable. However, I would still use Club Cars again because customer service was excellent in this situation, so I feel safe in the knowledge that they won't allow drivers to inflate prices.
