I can confirm previous posts that David is an absolute gentleman, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble even when dealing with the digitally challenged, and very very reasonable. Many thanks for resuscitating, renovating, operating on and boosting a just out of warranty laptop that I thought was terminal. This is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Local Business !

I called into Cobweb Computers this morning expecting to buy a new mouse as my mouse had 'packed in' . I have very little tech knowledge and my hubby has less. I was greeting by a lovely gentleman who explained to me how the wireless mouse works and gave me instructions as to what to do to sort the problem. When I returned home I did exactly what the gentleman said and like magic - it works! Just have to mention that we spent a good hour and a half trying to sort it last night!. Thank you Cobweb I'm so glad I called in.
