Took my poorly performing laptop for a diagnostic examination as it had become pretty much unusable. They managed to resolve ithr problem in a matter of hours. They suggested a ram upgrade might be desirable but in the end I opted to do a part exchange on a better specced laptop. I am delighted with it and the standard of service I received. My huband had got confused between the different chargers we have for his recenyly-bought phone, as the right one was wider. Trying to use a narrower one had damaged it. Both people I saw at Computer Clinic were helpful and courteous and explained everything clearly. The job was done next morning, no problem. Excellent.
