Our free consultation service will provide you with an insight into our wealth of experience and knowledge including all aspects of hair care. Joanne's team of professional stylists are trained to a very high standard in contemporary and classic hairdressing. We have stylists with over 30 years of experience who encourage and nurture our younger stylists. Our training regime is non stop, keeping our stylists in touch with new ideas and techniques and ultimately keeping them at the top of their game.

I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a better hair cut and colour ANYWHERE. The first time I went, top stylist Mark restyled and coloured my hair making me look 10 years younger. I have returned regularly ever since, and I have been particularly impressed by the way he tailors the treatments to the condition my hair is in at the time, and doesn’t just repeat the same thing at every appointment like so many other places. This personalised attention makes me feel valued as a customer, and confident my hair is in the best hands. He has given my pre-teen granddaughter a series of different styles and cuts, always listening to her opinions and treating her with respect. This makes her feel comfortable during the appointment, and the resulting style always boosts her self-confidence. All the stylists and staff are professional and accomplished, warm and welcoming, and so easy to chat to. Or not if that’s your preference! All this makes Concept easily the best hairdressing salon for miles around.
