Honestly I'd stay well clear. I've had my car 6 months and had 7 issues with it. Some small, others were big jobs. One of them being the head gasket, to be fair on concept, they reluctantly did arrange for my car to be brought into a garage of their choice and had that fixed, but this took a LOTS of phone calls from me going mad down the phone, I didn't have my car for 2 weeks whilst they did this. Apparently the car had an MOT before I picked it up but said they didn't have the certificate, yet the MOT was due in August - which it obviously failed. After sales are rude and very unhelpful, this place has literally put me off finance for Life. stuck with this car and a massive garage bill that I can't afford. The engine management light was on when I went to collect it, I didn't take it home and they did sort it but that should of been a sign to stay well clear and go somewhere else. AWFUL

I have waited to post my review as there was an issue accured and I wanted to give concept cars the opportunity to repair the car they sold me. The first time an issue was reported was less than 24hours after purchasing the car for £26000 on finance. I have tried contacting them on a number of occasions where calls were ignored. The first time after weeks of trying to contact them again they told me the car only had 14 days warranty. When a couple more months had past two engine lights appeared, all auto functions cut out and the car went into limp mode. I rung them again and said you need to sort this problem as I have a car I can't even use in 6 months and they told me at that stage my 6 months warranty had just run out. And I said but last time I spoke to your company you told me I had 14 days warranty. So 2 different stories. When my car went on the diagnostic 27 faults were listed. He cleared the faults and redone it. And the same faults appeared but under recent. That tells me that they tried to clear it but failed toas they never wiped them and the repair was never sorted before I bought it. They just knocked all the repairs off. The repair is now quoted to fix just shy of 2 grand, only owned for 6 months and done about 5 thousand miles since owning it. . I am absolutely gutted that they refuse to sort the car out and lied twice about warranty so I'm now going to trading standards and small claims court

If I could give 0 stars I would... luckily I never purchased a car from them but... I went down and KIERON tried to push me into a sale withing 1 hour🤦‍♀️ (any good dealership would NOT do that) my 2006 ford fiesta had multiple problems every week... starter motor had gone and I was at my witts and with bad credit here is where I went... praise the Lord I didn't go through with a car I really didn't want that I was almost pushed into... me and my wife with 2 kids in tow bump started my car in torrential rain and I'll tell you now that was the best decision I had ever made, I got home and read all fo the reviews on every single site and was so glad I didn't go through with anything, they still try to ring and call me now but I'm here with a 2010 ford fiesta that cost me £950 with service history and low mileage and no problems what so ever. If your struggling and think this is the only option ita not and never will be, stay well away!!!!!!
