Vicky Stals5 StarWe used Cornerstone a couple of years ago when purchasing our first house. They were fantastic, so when we decided to sell our house we had no doubt which estate agents we would be using.
Now, we didn’t have the smoothest of journeys when selling our property (this was out of Cornerstones control) but, each member of their team were so willing to help in every way they could. Email responses were answered quickly, which was great when like myself you don’t get the time through the day to answer or make phone calls often.
We had multiple viewings over a week, none of which needed to be done by ourselves, Juli or Shereen were there to lead these at a time which was suited to us, and we had numerous offers by the end of the week. We were informed of all the offers and which offer would be the best to suit or situation- this was super helpful as we had never sold a house before.
We had the delight of communicating closely with Sarah, throughout the sale of our house. She was so lovely and went above and beyond to answer any questions or queries we had! My partner also spoke to Hollie over the phone on a few occasions who again, like the rest of the team was informative and helpful, anything that couldn’t be answered immediately was followed up with a phone call soon after.
Cornerstone was great throughout the whole process of selling our house (even when we could get a little grumpy). So much so, I even recommended a friend to use them when they sold their house, and they also have great things to say about the service that was provided.
