My biggest issue with this branch is the struggle to find a table inside and out. The amount of tables occupied by people dining on food/drinks from neighbouring businesses having purchased nothing from Costa itself is insane and yet nobody does anything about this. The amount of lost custom due to this I find hard to believe this issue is not managed better.

I like Costa's products and the cafe interior design. Mixed reviews for staff - a lady with a braid (sorry forgot her name) is so kind and smily, however most staff are simply doing the job without any special cust serv skills, and there is also a lady that is a bit rude (sorry can't remember her name). Atmosphere could be better too, unfortunately some of the customers play music on their phones loud, others shout or misbehave like throwing rubbish onto the floor. A decent place but could be so much better

We ordered one oat latte and a cold mocha but we were given and charged for oat chocolate and cold chocolate. After enquiring what drink it is they said chocolate and I was like but I ordered oat latte. They later did change it and it was really good, one of the best oat latte I ever had but the cold chocolate wasn't that good according to my husband who had it. He said he had better ones before. We asked for water and they were really nice and gave iced water. As we planned to sit and do some work with our laptops it was hard to find sits with plug sockets close to it.

Tried the new Rolo Hot Chocolate, tastes good but does start getting sickly after abit. Food was great👍 Messy tables, had to move someone's left overs to be able to sit down.

Staff are very nice but they are selling cakes not fresh at all. At least if you are asking more that 2 pounds for one, you should to sell products with not more that three days. This cake is hard to eat.
