My car went in for a repair in the engine and it took them over a month making me pay for different things without my approval and when it was supposedly finished and working, that same night it broke down again with a completely different major problem, after 3 or 4 times of them looking at it and after countless lies it still wasn’t right and after asking around about said garage I found out I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience, personally I don’t think this garage deserves their RAC status. Taken there by RAC who delivered my vehicle late on Friday despite promising in the morning, they pulled out all the stops and worked late to replace my alternator so I could get home.
