I have been using Critical Paths' Oscar Compliance platform for a over 5 years. As a platform it is simple to use and navigate and has helped us to achieve a strong level of compliance within our Quality Management System. It allowed us to integrate new standards without too much difficulty and generally has really helped with our continuous improvement. Our experience with Critical Path has been nothing but positive. We requested their expertise as we required an ISO 9001 gap analysis and their auditor was professional, thorough and efficient. Their report clearly stated which areas of the business needed improvement and contained suggestions to close the gaps. Once we closed the gaps, we went ahead with official ISO Audit and neither non-conformance neither observation were found, and we passed with flying colours! We will definitely be relying on their expertise again next year when we begin to pursue other standards.

When looking to return to the office following the various lockdowns, several members of the team were hesitant and a business we needed to be 100% that everything we were doing was protecting our staff and reducing risks. Matthew from Critical Path UK came in and completed an health and safety audit for us. The knowledge and understanding of the sector was very clear, there were so many little things we hadn't considered.
