Excellent local post with lovely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. As well as normal Post Office counter there is a cash machine outside. Inside are the usual stationary, envelopes etc. Also has a selection celebration cards inside, even balloons. Wheelchair, scooter and other walking aids accessible.

AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COST!!! This review is based in my experience visiting this post office several times as I live nearby. The woman and man working there are extremely rude and arrogant, they have 0 customer service, attitude and professionalism, specially the woman who will scream at you for asking simple questions related to the service like if you are asking something out of this world and would not let you use their sellotape if you forgot yours making you go back home to use yours. I leave close to this post office by walk but from now ahead I will gladly drive to another post office to avoid them. 0 stars if I could.

In my experience, (and I've stood in far too many post office queues!) the staff/owners at this post office have always been excellent. Yes it's very busy at times and the space on both sides of the counter is compact. But it's certainly one of the better post services due in no small part of the efficiency at the counter and no push to buy a more expensive service if you know what you require. Put it this way, the Urmston branch is far closer to me, but the opening times are based on some unknown tide timetable...nice staff there as well.

The first time I had the displeasure of going to this post office I chalked their horrendous service and rudeness to someone just having a bad day. Unfortunately they have been consistently terrible every subsequent visit. It’s a community service without the community spirit. They made the biggest deal out of me asking to use some tape claiming if they helped me they would have to do it for everybody. It’s tape!!!! Get over yourselves. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

The rudest service by both the older woman and man at the counter, the younger girl is no better, all of them ill-mannered. They talk down to you and are non-engaging; their 'service' is abysmal and abrupt. LOOK AT ALL THEIR POOR REVIEWS! Just horrible.
