Umair Rasheed1 StarVery rude and arrogant. I called in asking would you charge to put in the head lamp. The guy on the other side said it depends (what is that it depends?.either a yes or a no) anyways i rephrased in case he didnt understand to which he replied in a very offensive tone and said ` Listen'... why would you ask your customer to Listen instead of listening to him?? I put the phone down and went to Jaybee motor spares further down and what a gentlemen he was the guy in Jaybee.
Avoid Crown Motor spares. Guy has no idea what customer service is.Thursday 2nd January 2020
