Dean has just completed our patio and driveway repair. We couldn’t be happier with his work. Once started he realised there was a better solution than what we had originally asked for.As a result of his knowledge we have a better, more user friendly patio that me elderly parents can now use as well and access to the front door is much improved as well. DJ Patios told us he would start the work on the 2nd week of August. When the time arrived for him to start he didn’t turn up, I phoned to see what was happening and I was told he was running about a week behind and said he would be here the following Friday. When Friday arrived again he didn’t show up and this time he said his van wouldn’t start and would be here Monday. So Monday came and at 10:30 they roll up, by 12:00 they were packing up and this was how they worked for over a week until I said something. Then the excuses started on why they either couldn’t come or why they had to finish. Some of the excuses used were his son had a hospital appointment, he had a blood clot in his leg which he then said was a trapped nerve, one of his workers had to isolate……. And then to top it all he went and booked a holiday to Turkey half way through. The job was started 24th August and should’ve taken about 3 weeks to complete but its now been 3 months and still isn’t right I still have problems with a grid flooding - a slanted and broken gate – a post the gate is incorrectly fitted to now breaking.
