My car was sideswiped by a car driving off the kerb, their insurer, Direct Line, advised me to take it to Arnolds for a repair estimate. I was greeted by Lee, who surveyed the damage prior to estimating the repair. Lee was professional, courteous and friendly. Explained fully what the procedure was and arranged the date for taking the car in. He kept me fully informed of events. The car was repaired, painted and delivered back to me and I was very pleased and impressed with the repair. The colour and finish was first rate. More important, my wife was pleased, and that’s saying something! I would recommend this garage wholeheartedly for their work , friendliness and professionalism. Very very pleased. And Lee, I don’t know what you are paid but it’s not enough. Keep up the good work. Thanks to everyone there.

Very disappointed in this garage. They had my vehicle for seven weeks after my van was hit by another driver. To start with they failed to turn up to collect my van between the allotted times, after me cancelling afternoon work thus costing me money. I eventually demanded my vehicle back, after continous changes to the completion dates, the work still had not been completed, when I was assured it would be and on its return there was a total of 16 miles on my tripometer that the garage cannot account for. After many conversations and emails where their story regarding the mileage has changed. Their communication regarding the mileage has stopped, it is clear that this garage has used my van for their own personal business (my van was still drivable) and are now staying silent on the matter. I have photos to prove that there are extra miles but they really don't care about the fact that they have used my van without my consent and with the cost of diesel they have robbed my purse. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS BACK STREET GARAGE!!!! They don't care about the customers....shocking and immoral behaviour!!!!

very reactive service - failed collections , Late drop offs , Never followed through with services actions .never updated - very poor all around to be honest. The car was also returned covers in some form of solutions which also diss coloured the driver seat. I also called and emailed about the damaged on the interior and they couldn’t be bother to Reply or call me back

Walton carried out an insurance repair on my vehicle. The vehicle came back with a very good good job carried out. The staff on the reception desk where very helpful and special mention to Patsy for her help when i first contact D.Waltons To book my car in.

I have just received my vehicle back after it being involved in an accident that was no fault of my own. My car is my baby, and my work place. I rely on my car so much with having 3 children and a busy life.A gentleman called Tom is who I have been dealing with and iv got to say he has treated me like a VIP. Tom, you are a real credit to Walton’s. Waltons made sure that I could still carry on with my work and everyday life by loaning me a brand new car which I am forever grateful for(they didn’t have to do this). I have to say though that when I first received my vehicle back, there were a few issues but after speaking with Tom, Tom came and got my car the next day…and quickly rectified the issue. People are quick to give negative feedback but take it from me, if you have a problem these will do their best to help you . Thank you so much for bringing my car back to me like new. Maggie
