Residence 9 is a luxury timber effect window and door system from Eclectic Systems that exudes classic timber charm yet doesn’t need sanding or painting, making R9 an ideal low-maintenance alternative to real wood. It can be used to replace original timber windows in heritage properties or installed in more modern homes as a high performance alternative to standard uPVC. Residence 9 combines superior thermal performance with the look and feel of real timber, creating a product you won’t believe isn’t the real deal.

We offer Residence 9 windows and French doors. Alongside this we offer composite doors that use a Solidor slab and R9 outer frame as a stylish and secure alternative to standard uPVC entrance doors. Our composite doors give the outward appearance of real timber but are much easier to clean and don’t suffer from problems such as swelling and warping.
