Chris Hartshorn5 StarJust had Delta out to investigate a blocked drain and he turned up just over an hour after I called. Due to a strange drain set up they were unable to fix the problem to no fault of his own. It appears we have a drain running off into the garden that has become damaged. I was made fully aware given the circumstances, that the problem might not be able to be resolved prior to starting and he demonstrated the issue we have. As a result of not being able to resolve our issue he didnt charge for his efforts even though he did everything he could. He has also provided a solution on how we can move forward with our issue.
