Brian Smith1 StarI had a quote for a dent repair after sending photos. On arrival the dent was more serious than the quote apparently and proceeded to increase the quote with an extra £100. Quid. Least to say they didn’t repair the car as I felt like, has this happened to other and just agreed as they were on scene now.
